Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • During holidays and peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1–3 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

We primarily ship through:

  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on the size and weight of the package.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

If offered at checkout, you may select local pickup at:

Damaged or Lost Packages

Magnolias Creative Cottage is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted items, we want to make sure every order meets your expectations. Please review our policy below.

All Sales Are Final

Because each product is handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email MagnoliasCreativeCottage@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item and packaging
  3.  
  4. We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours and we will correct the issue promptly.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom and personalized orders cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances unless they are damaged upon arrival.

Order Changes
